1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to kiss18. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and kiss18 ("we", "Platform", or "kiss18") regarding your use of the platform, website, mobile app, and all services provided by us.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any of our services, or simply browsing the kiss18 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. 3Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at kiss18 at any one time. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or device information — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name as per your identity card, an active mobile number, and valid bank details. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains current.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account. Please ensure your password is strong, unique, and not shared with anyone. kiss18 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

4Deposits & Financial Transactions

Kiss18 supports multiple deposit methods including local bank transfers, FPX, DuitNow QR, and approved digital wallets. All deposits are credited to your account promptly upon successful transaction verification.

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the Deposit and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Kiss18 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
• Any suspicious or unverifiable deposits may be placed on hold pending further investigation.
• We reserve the right to decline any deposit and return funds to their original source without providing a reason if there are indications of suspicious activity.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the Withdrawal in your account. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• The identity verification (KYC) process must be fully completed.
• Any active bonuses in the account must have met the specified wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in your name and verified by kiss18.

7Game Rules & Results

• Game results finalised by the system are conclusive and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, kiss18 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the original bet to the player.
• Wins obtained through the exploitation of bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system are invalid and will be voided.

8Prohibited Conduct & Activities

10Limitation of Liability
